本人想要成立一个进出口公司，就是从欧美进口设备后出口到中国，请问成立这样的公司需要那些手续？多久可以办下来？需要多少费用？如果公司成立了，如果没有业务发生，会产生多少费用？有那位做过这种转口贸易的同志，请指导如何操作？和国内的转口贸易有何区别？

- Setup of the Company, generally cost $600 - $700 (24 - 48 hours)
- ABN, GST, TFN, PAYGW registion (can take up to 2 -3 weeks)
- Workcover registration if you have employees (cost depending on wages level, minimum is about $150 per year)
If the company has very few activities, then you are looking at ASIC fee of $212 per year, plus accounting fees for tax return and financials, which varies depending on the accountant.
