刚买了房子,打算几年后转成投资房。本来想大装修一番,结果价钱把我给吓坏了。我就在想,如果现在只做小装修,转成投资房后再作大装修,那大装修的钱是不是就可以用来减税了呢?如果我的假设成立,那末怎样做才算‘转成投资房’了呢?只要能证明我住在别的地址就行吗?‘转投资房’要找谁办手续呢?

However, it can be much earlier, it can be the date you move out of your primary residence into another property and started renovating for the purpose of renting it out in the future.

装修属于IMPROVEMENT, 只能CAPITALISED,按年DEPREACIATE。
而且还得在有TENANT后搞的装修才算是投资房装修。
