有用过PERSONAL SUPER CONTRIBUTION的朋友吗？请教一下。
在E-TAX里面填这部分资料的时候，怎么填？ACCOUNT NUMBER, FUND ABN, FUND TFN在我收到的MEMBER STATEMENT里面都找不到。大家都是怎么填的呢？

Did you indicate to your super fund that you intended to claim the contribution as a tax deduction or have you received a letter from your super fund that they approved your intention?
Or, what name did you use when you make the contribution? I mean your name or your business trading name?

我有收到SUPER FUND的PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION确认信, 不过上面没有填E-TAX所需的信息（ABN,TFN,ACCOUNT NUMBER）。
我是SOLE-TRADER，business name就是我的名字。

That is easy! You may not have received your annual member's statement, but I guess you will have some letters from your super fund when you opened your account. Have a look at them, hopefully you will find your answer. Otherwise, give your super fund a call, they will tell you the rest.
Or, you can just deduct the super in your business schedule. That way you don't even need the ABN and account number.
