伊斯兰金融不受影响，因为本来就是银行持有房产，所以买房算做个人对金融机构的交易，还可以全部现金。

For many agents who deal with foreign buyers of property – once known for buying apartments with suitcases of cash – such as Chinese luxury agency Black Diamondz, the practice of accepting cash is no longer used.
"If someone comes to us with cash, they have to deposit it into our trust account at the bank, explaining to the bank the purpose of the money," Black Diamondz founder Monika Tu said.
"Very few agents, especially major ones, take cash anymore."
If the cash is deposited into a private local bank account, agencies will accept bank cheques, Ms Tu adds.
Another agent/broker ASX-listed N1 Holdings, who also deals with a lot of foreign, particularly Chinese, buyers, confirmed bank cheques were becoming the norm with these buyers.
The federal government has introduced an economy-wide cash payment limit of $10,000, applying to payments made for goods and services from July 1, 2019, as part of a crackdown on the "black economy".
The government also said it was consulting on how it would limit cash payments to $10,000, to get around some of the loopholes which exist.
The Tax Office had already made inroads into clamping down the cash economy, tax specialists said.
It was identifying retailers who "only" accepted cash and had recently announced matching data of every motor vehicle sale over $10,000 to taxpayer records.
Horticultural farmers, who are regularly targeted with large cash payments for fruit crops, such as grapes, also doubted how an economy-wide payment limit would work.
The farmers claim "suitcases of cash" are smuggled into Australia during October and November to be used as cash deposits.
They claim they are offered $56,000 in high-denomination notes to fill a 40-foot shipping container, which is about 1870 cartons of grapes worth about $30 for each nine-kilo carton.
The Black Economy Task Force, which recommended reforms to better monitor unlawful cash payments, was aware of systemic weaknesses and proposed new technology measures for combating its use.
Another hurdle facing regulators are stolen identities and illicit bank accounts purchased on the "dark web" to transfer money out of Australia.

也许是，但是赌场赢的是买家自己说的，而且每个提大额现金买东西的人几乎都说是赌场赢的。
我就不信赌场给的钱是装在黑色垃圾袋里给赢家的。
而且解释就是掩饰。
奔富又不问钱从哪里来的，主动告诉人家钱赌场赢的我看就是心虚。
不过这个跑题了，问题是现金交易的限制会影响房价么？
