想到以前楼里一个邻居姐姐卖了楼里的UNIT，去这个区买了一个80多万的4房大耗子。当时想这搬去多远啊，干啥都得开车。现在想想翻倍了吧，分分钟买回来以前的UNIT。我是不是歪楼了？

CB is widely recognized as one of the few suburbs top both primary and high, matched with CH, and followed by 2E in northwestern area. Overally WR and NR is less preferrable even if primiary rank is a little higher, note the ranking change every year.
Personally don't like WR PS as non Eng background students around 95%

这个对比本来就不成立，相近情况下north ryde west ryde价格应该远高于CB了， 所以也无需纠结，you get what you paid

1.5 在CB还能买个起码的房子。 在ryde只能是个地价了，价格上就有本质区别，所以对比也不老成立的
