House affordable, strong growth, high rental, near Liverpool CBD, near shopping centre and hospital. But no low income peole as Liverpool...
Chipping Norton is a very quite suberb.
I suggest you can have a look if you are looking for house.

for investment at present, maybe move in XX years later. Cos I don't think we will afford XXmilions house many years later.
if you are looking for investment house, check mount druiit and penrith. I tried to bought 2 houses in these two suberbs, but found I was too slow. They are all under contract the first day comes to market... But I'm still looking at these areas.
I suggest you drive around chipping Norton, very quite and beautiful suberb. Real aussie suberb.

I tried to get an ultimo unit 3 weeks ago, my bid is $20,000 lower than DAMA...
gave up at last, over my budget.
But I think Ultimo is one of the few areas can invest in cbd
