depends. My neighbor, who was a retired lecturer of UOW, wants to sell his six-units block to me last year, which is about 5min by foot from UOW. I haven't picked up the deal as i have enough work there already. And I don't want to put all the eggs into one basket. The unit block was sold finally at 590k with rental income more than $1600/w.

6 units= one 3brs + two 2brs + three 1 brs. All the units are approved by the council and their sizes are bigger than normal. They are about 3 mins walking to UOW and the free bus stop is in the door step.
