应该是可以的，但是由于你卖的价格低于市场价格，你的cgt （capital gain tax) 会低于你应交税额，如果被ato查到，会作为偷漏税处理。除非你按照市场价格计算出来的cgt交税

If you kept the investment property and transfer to children's name after death, then no all above trouble. However, you would still better to keep all purchase documents for your children.
Property transfer to children who are taking up to be their principal of residence, probably no stamp duty when name transferred & no CGT event.
After your death, your childrend kicked out tenants and stayed in the property for about 1 year and sold it out, no CGT.
