其實這些broker現在都要disclose. 而有一些是including bonus.. e.g 一定要electronic lodge才會以有到這樣的commission.
不過我覺得這樣比較好, 讓大家不要以為broker一定只推commisson最高的

现在的commision也跟rate不挂钩,在同一家不管什么rate都是一样的commision,而且银行之间commision都差不多。。
肯定都会给客人做最好的rate啦 不然客人嫌不好 转了银行还要claw back 得不偿失啊

这个东西政府有要求向客户说明,在最后的贷款合同上也会有注明,避免在帮客户介绍产品的时候只介绍回扣高的。
其实这些东西越透明,让大家都知道是怎么回事,越有利于这个行业的发展。

这个钱公司扣一半,给中介介绍费再一半的一半。
剩下的就是一般现在市面上Broker能拿到的钱,还要再扣除七七八八的杂费,有的客人还要求现金返还。
所以很多broker做着做着就跳槽或者转行卖房子去了
