I want to write a letter to neighbour to let them know the problem and find solution.
我家后院和邻居家后院之间的栅栏倒（还没全倒，现在整个栅栏都斜靠在我家的大树的树干上）。OTHERWISE，整个栅栏就全部倒在我家的后院了。

这种事，你自己不提出来一个solution的话写信有什么意义？
fence的修整，如果我没记错的话，只要合乎council规定，邻居不能拒绝，只能要求你拿足够多的quote，费用应该是大家分摊。所以你最好做好功课再写信

Agree... Since it is shared fence not your neighbour's privite one, I think you should propose some solutions rather than push them to fix it.

老公昨天检查栅栏，发现邻居家好像刚修剪过书，地上全是没收拾的垃圾。猜想会不会是因为这个，栅栏才到的。之前一直都好好的。我们两天天天黑走，天黑了才回来。要不是去拣地上的大树支，也发现不了。和邻居从未见过面。我们也没什么时间找报价什么的。想让他们拿个报价。可能有个12米的样子，也贵不到那去吧。大家看这事咋办呢？

可能我最后那句 I am looking forward… 表达有误解了，我就想看看能不能修，不能修，就安个新的。2家分摊？现在也拿不出证据是邻居把栅栏碰倒了，只是猜想。大家看英文怎么表达呢
