(2) Development consent must not be granted to development for the
purposes of a dual occupancy on a lot unless the lot is at least the
minimum lot size shown on the Minimum Lot Sizes for Dual
Occupancy Development Map in relation to that lot.
(3) Despite subclause (2), if a lot has 2 road frontages, development consent
must not be granted to development for the purposes of a dual occupancy (detached) on that lot unless each dwelling has a frontage to a road.
很多设计的解释是 parra 只有拐角地(两个边有路)的才能detached。 但是从文字上看,一个地只面临一条路的话,就不符合“if a lot..” 那个条件,即:clause (3)不适用才对啊。
另外在新的SEPP 2008下,能做detached的吗?比如parra r2 600平 以上 前宽15以上。
