如题,如果不打算settle楼花,10%的首付放弃掉,这些损失的首付可以用来负扣税吗?

不是会计 应该不能,因为没有投资收入,
应算作投资损失吧,可以留起来等以后抵消capital gain

What is negative gearing?
An investment property is negatively geared if the net rental income (after deducting expenses) is less than the interest on the borrowed funds.

这个是capital loss,需要在损失落实之后才能记录,offset未来的capital gain

其实就看你收入是啥了,收入是炒楼花赚得当然可以,收入是打工赚的就不行
