Council Rate还好,会下调缴费因子的,所以涨幅没有地价那么高。Land tax就麻烦了

低价涨幅不算啥,悄悄调高税率就行了,要不怎么土地税涨50%-100%呢?

或有人口挤出效应。一些在贵区自住的,可能要考虑出手或出租。感觉这和city天价停车费是一个意思。资源不够,价高者得。

其实,council也可以看作一个生意,就像simcity。
小地方的council也许不敢这么大肆涨价。昆州人口上升较快,首府council收钱有底气,也是应当的。从这个意义上讲,是好事。
这就是去光脚岛卖鞋吧,各有各理解。
