我已经开始找仲介要把我的 unit 给出租出去
因为是旧 unit ,所以状态可能不是很好,这几日一直都让 handyman 来家里
期望让家里能看起来好一些
想问问,出租前的维护,七月可以报税吗?
还是说要等到有租客入住,租客入住期间的维修才能报税?

出租前的维修7月份不能报税,只能添加到成本里面,将来卖房时报税。有租客后的维修才能报税

难道不是和中介签过正式合同之后就可以吗?

如果是第一次出租,不行,如果是两次出租之间的间隔期而且广告已经打出去了,可以。
