两天就行的，家门都不用出。
我的投资房都自己管，有一天心血来潮，准备学一学，在scoopon上面报过一个200多刀的速成班。
不用去上课的，五六个PDF文件自学一下，完成三个作业。
老师批完作业就可以去领证了。
然后就成为一名光荣的有证非野鸡地产中介。
我有不真实的感觉，反复向NSW fair trading确认这是不是真的，人家说没问题。
感觉房产中介门槛好低。

NSW的话，这个是certificate，几天就可以结束培训然后向fair trading申请certificate，很多培训机构都有，随便搜索一大把
你不是拿了这个certificate就可以卖别人的房子了，必须受雇于一家中介公司才可以卖
自己的房子的话什么证都不需要

中介门槛不高。拿证也不难，基本认识英文的都能拿到。二手房中介的难度在于拿到房源，一手房中介的难度在于找到买家。

门槛低的证书含金量也低啊

NSW 的话，其实只需要上4门课，都可以online上就完了，然后就可以拿cerficate了，OTEN TAFE也提供这个课程，一般来说只要是PR或者CITIZEN，都免费的（由州政府赞助的，原价$997，现价$0）。
