之前westfiled熬了那么久没等到开发这一天,去年刚卖掉,人家就批了个这么大面积的高层,多这么多人以后里面生意不火都难,所以还是那句话一切都是命。

还早着的, 现在是R2的zone, 预计卖200m...但是谁能接手是个问题...council能不能批成R3/R4, 居民是否同意都是问题... 我觉得最大可能还是养老院, 或者mixed usage...
