和serviced apartment差不多,增值很慢,我记得我老板跟我说他是0几年卖过悉尼的一个serviced apartment,十年后的再卖出也就高了几万而已

比存定期强点,缺点是没什么增值,物业费太高,只能住学生,小户型银行不能贷款,有的还有专门的中介。 一般毛一年8%-10%挺吸引人,去掉各种费用能到6%左右,有的是有租金池pool整栋楼整个项目的租金最后所有业主按大小平分。

谢谢大家回复。我算了一下,9%应该是毛收益。如果物业费按6楼说的2500一个季度的话,净收益就太低了。。。
