The building cover held by the Owners Corporation covers all the fixed improvements and permanent fixtures contained within those improvements.
For instance, all the buildings are included in that cover and within those buildings items such as shower screens, toilet pedestals, baths, kitchen benches, fixed appliances and tiles affixed to the walls or floors, glass and any other permanent fixtures contained within the building (insurance does not cover maintenance related repairs due to wear and tear).

现在分租给认识的人,所以不担心房租拖欠问题,不需要rent protection, 另外curtain/carpets/light fitting也没什么值钱content (小区保安还是很好的)估计也就1万块的事
比较希望了解的public liability这个重要吗,是不是比如我家的电器失火了,造成整个楼燃起来了,也算我的房客/房东的责任

你现在是出租房,租给朋友也是出租房。买个landlord insurance 不贵的?问来问去,省小失大。
