在Council批准的开发plan中有这么一条:
Item 1. Terms of restriction on use numbered 1 in the plan
The registered proprietor shall not make or permit or suffer the making of any alterations to the on-site stormwater detntion system which is constructed on the lot(s) burdened without the prior consent in writing of Botany Bay City Council. The expression 'on-site stormwater detention system' shall include all ancillary gutters, pipes, drains, walls, kerbs, pits, grates, tanks, chambers, basins and surfaces designed to temporarily detain stormwater as well as all surfaces graded to direct stormwater to the temporary storage. Any on-site stormwater detention system constructed on the lot(s) burdened is hereafter referred to as 'the system'
请问这样的限制条件是常见的吗?律师说从没见过这样的条件,但她没有处理过Botany Bay City Council之内的房产,所以也不是太肯定。

看起来关于stormwater detention system的限制用词是一模一样的。是不是悉尼所有的council都用这样的标准条款啊?

这没啥啊。 不去碰一切关于stormwater方面的设施就行了。 你这个有因为你的地势低,所以这一片开发的主要的stormwater设施都在你的地上,不能碰。
