选择你需要的图层
Imagery - 航空像片
Terrain - 地形图
Additional Imagery - 其它图件
Administrative Boundaries - 行政界线(Council边界, 洲和联邦选举界线)
Address - 地址及房产界线
Australian Bureau of Statistics data - 联邦人口普查界线
Points of Interest - 学校,医院等公服设施
Positioning - 测量控制点
Historical- 历史地图
Land Parcel & Property - 地籍界线, 地价, 近14年房产历史成交数据

哦, 不知有人发过. 不好意思了. NSW GLOBE和免费地价查询有一段时间了, 但房产成交数据服务是NSW金融服务部长上星期五(9月18日)才刚发布的. 当然onthehouse也可以免费查到但不全是官方数据. 其它商业机构RPdata APM Residex等专吃这碗饭的.
我喜欢这网站是因为它提供空间分析的平台, 可以将影响房价所有因素一起考虑(区位,交通,人口,经济,服务设施....)

我所知道的是目前只有NSW政府公开房产成交价格. QLD GLOBE暂时只可以查询地价.
其它州只好在onthehouse上查, 也可借助代理或其它应用查看RPdata等商用房产数据.
