最近收到parramatta council发信， 说Westmead 火车站旁边24 Railway Parade要改建，
• Apply a maximum height of 52m (15 storeys).
• Apply a maximum floor space ratio of 4.5:1.
• Limit the residential floor space ratio of any development on the land to 1.5:1.
the proposal may include:
ƒ Hotel/Serviced Apartments – 120 beds/ 4,200m2
ƒ Commercial Suites –2,700 m2
ƒ Retail – 1,500 m2
ƒ Tavern – 600 m2
ƒ Residential – approx.30 units/approx. 2,300m2
