我在那边工作了两年多,其实也没有说的那么可怕了,就是路上吸毒的人比较多,据说是MEL著名的毒品交易地区。
另外就是前几年上学路上失踪的泰国小姑娘到现在还没找到,寻人启事现在还在墙上贴着。

我刚刚在那买了套投资房,觉得那个区不错。中国人不多,本地白人多,人们还很淳朴。交通购物都方便,生活区和工厂区是分开的,互相不影响。至于吸毒的,听说很多好区Surrey Hill, Ashburton 吸毒的也多呢,不是一样哗哗涨?随着人口的更换,也会变的。

你买的是靠近火车站的地方吗?出租的情况如何呢?
我人在悉尼,对墨尔本了解的太少了。所以要多多听听大家的意见。
如果是火车站附近的房,要高出底价多少才能拿下呀?

这个区我很熟
以前出租很快。现在房子多了,有点慢。但是选中介很重要。
BARRY PLANT我推荐。很负责。
涨了不少了,当然和好区比有差距。
现在那里OFF PLAN TOWNHOUSE蛮多。。。

吸毒区,吸毒的人对你没有影响,但是摩托党会吵到你睡不着觉,你的邻居很大概率碰到垃圾人,半夜大声放歌喧哗的

Yes, I did some investigation and know some hot areas, like box hill, ringwood, Blackburn, burwood, PC, Clayton, Berwick, 2 Ws, Rowville, Wheelers hill..... and realized that I don't have enough money to compete with rich people... So I have to move further and found that this area is in 30kms from CBD and has train station....
Anyway, still keep looking... it is even harder for investors these days, don't you agree?
