确实有些道理，政府开始大量印钱，流向市场，必然会撬动投资热。
中国何尝不是呢？ 听说中国政府有开始大规模印钱了，不知道这回钱还会不会进入国内房地产？
或者会影响澳洲，除非澳洲政府出手干预：利率上涨、提高房产税、地税等。
这里的政府怕老百姓闹，跟国内还是区别较大的。 定不住压力，怕丢选民，很有可能做出极端的事情来。
像加拿大就关闭了投资移民了。 澳洲会步后尘吗？
