Vic对于夫妻这个产权的变化没有印花税 如果自己申请的话很便宜 我记得找个过户师帮忙300多刀吧

NSW的:
A transfer of a share to a spouse or de facto partner is not liable to stamp duty where a number of conditions can be met. Although the transfer may not be liable to stamp duty, the transfer form must be marked by the Office of State Revenue (OSR). A statutory declaration that the conditions have been met is lodged at OSR together with the transfer.

Change of tenure
Duty is not payable on a transfer or agreement to transfer relating to a change in the registered ownership of the property if all of the following conditions are met:
•the change is from joint tenants to tenants in common or vice versa
•the value of each co-owner's interest in the property does not change as a result of the transfer/agreement.
