Waverley.是悉尼house最贵的前5个区(去年数据),现任澳洲首富就安家于此区。要是40多万能买到这个房子,简直难以想象

昨天晚上九台的60分钟节目也报到房价在跌,举了个KELLYVILLE的房子,原来买90多万,现在只买50多万.

KELLYVILLE的那条街的房子是真的跌了将近一半,他们当初买贵了,房子根本不值那个价。
