听贷款公司说他们PIA自己内部的贷款公司被封停了，外面贷款公司也不接合同上中介是PIA的，很多房子现在settle不了，我朋友的也是，现在打电话都找不到他们销售了！有人知道吗，谢谢了！！！

If you are not Asian. Do not even bother.
They are 100 % Asian in the office for what i hope is communication / linguistic reasons and do not make much effort with tenants that are not Asian.
Every single email i sent to them i just got automated emails back.
I found their ethics and body mannerism towards me very rude, right wing, purely needed to make their commission and get me out, very bad experience with Property Investors Alliance.
I do not recommend this to anyone, you could almost call them a bit racist in passive and non direct ways.
Very shameful PIA..... This is Australia, learn to communicate to us better, it is just plain disrespectful being shut down every time you try to communicate with your property manager and being left with close to no solution each time.

Very bad communicators. I was looking to buy a 1 bedroom unit and for nearly 2 hours all they did was write figures on paper trying to get me to invest. Only wanted me to do what they thought I should and did not listen to me at all

觉得是谣言 你说 是pia agent 卖的房子都不敢接。。。 broker 和 agent是两回事。而且pia 内部贷款貌似是一个独立的公司 名字都不一样 如果你说被这个 贷款公司接过的case 别人不敢接 倒是有点可信度
