The purchaser will not exercise any of the excluded rights if on the due date for settlement separate certificate or certificates of the title for the lan have not issued from the land titles office. The vendor's lawyers shall hand to the purchaser on the due date for settlement an order to the registrar directing the relevant certificate of title to issue to the purchaser or as the purchaser directs.
