2. Offset account 的钱 和 Loan Amount 是相等的
请教 银行每月会从 offset account 划走多少$ 呢 (因为没有interest )? 这样 offset $ = home loan amount 在投资理财角度 策略对吗?

因为你对冲账户里金额等于你贷款总金额,所以你的mmr 里全算作还本金principal, mmr不变,你的总贷款年限缩短,offset里的钱会慢慢流向你的本金直到本金还完。理论上来讲,一二十年内就不用管了。

如果是interest only~offset 里的钱等于贷款数~每月银行还会从offset里转钱走么?
如果也转~这个钱就算还principle了么?

楼主OFFSET里的钱和已经完全和贷款数额一样了
那这样的话
是不是不会产生任何费用
除了offset本身的年费
