Do anyone know what the renting Market in Castle Hills or Cherrybrook? If I want to invest a house there around 800K, is it possible to rent it out for $800/w?
Are there many people to rent in these area?

靠租金投资存活的。不要买HOUSE。 要好好挑挑。

去REAL ESTATE上看跟你要买的房子类似的，能租出多少就好啦。
我在山区的HOUSE，都没租到700呢，当然也许是我那个比较旧，但也是给楼主个参考吧。

80万的租800很难，位置好可租700至750，学校开学前房子挺好出租的。

you probably need to prepare for vacant for 4 weeks, those suburbs difficult for lease, but tenants tend to stay for very long . people live in the house don't like to move .
