Not an expert myself on this but below was the first Google earch hit for "product of Australia"
For a product to claim to be Product of Australia, it must be grown, processed and packaged in this country. It is possible to buy products labelled Made in Australia that were made entirely with imported ingredients, as long as they were processed in Australia.
