工作中受到表扬，口头和email都有，我忽然发现从没学过如何回应表扬的英文

it depends on who you are talking to. if u are speaking to your supervisor, u can give a compliment in return for a compliment.
eg.
Supervisor: well done. you did an amazing job!
You: Thanks to your help and guidance. I couldn't have done it without you. I appreciate it.

if the person says thank you for a nice thing you did and praised you for that, you can just say “You’re welcome!” or “it is my pleasure!”

if you are talking to management people, you can say thanks a lot / it means a lot to me / I will keep working hard and never let you down/ I am very glad to contribute to the awesome team....
it really has to fit in the conversation. therefore, this is all the advice i can give u before I know what exactly u r told.

if you are talking to a close friend/coworker in a very casual way, and the person goes on for like, fifteen minutes of complimenting something easy for u (e.g. my cooking is average but my coworkers thank me a lot for yummy lunch box n spread the words of my awesome chicken wings for ages because they couldn't cook at all n genuinely thought it was terrific ) you can have a sense of humour n just say Wow, thank you, but I’m really blushing here.No biggie. I can help anytime/ it is a pleasure to work with you.
