申请parental leave pay过程中，有个问题如下，不知道确切该怎么翻译。请各位能人帮忙翻一下。
Return to Work - Initial
Parents who return to work for the first time, after the birth of a child, or caring for a child who has come into their care, may be entitled to the maximum rate of Family Tax Benefit Part B for the financial year before they returned to work.
You are only entitled to this extra assistance if this is the first return to work since the birth of a child or since an eligible child first entered your care.
Since 01 July 2008, have you or your partner returned to work for the first time after having a baby or after a period out of the workforce to care for a child? (Select all the circumstances that apply to you.)

那些在孩子出生以后首次回去工作的父母或者是照看需要被看护的孩子而首次回去工作的父母，可能在他们返回工作之前的那个财政年度是符合资格领取最高额度的家庭税收补助B部分。
你只有在孩子出生以后或者是一个符合资格的孩子首次得到你的看护以后首次回去工作才有资格享有这项额外补助。
从2008年7月1号起，你或你的配偶是在生孩子以后或者是有一段时间离开工作照顾孩子以后首次回去工作的吗？（选择所有适合你的情况)
