Nothing wrong to put two adverbs side by side before an adjective.

I won't call it wrong syntax, but it's a general rule to avoid using consecutive adjectives that have very similar meanings in written language. With spoken language though, it is more OK to do so, as it brings a strong sensation to your talking.
