我觉得两句的语气都很强烈啊，前面那句强调是宾语the same layout，后面那句强调的是整个后面的谓语和状语。如果你非要强调和1408一样恐怖，似乎后面那句是你的选择。但是其实两句差不多啦！
（不管对不对，别忘了给分哦，我还没鞋穿呢 ）

both these sentences mean the exact same thing, and can be used interchangeably. Just depends on what you're used to.
(Yes, I could also say "both mean exactly the same thing...")
