上面大家讲的词含义确实接近,但还是有细微的区别。就我的理解而言:
energetic: 精力充沛
full of stamina: 体力充沛
strong: 强壮
fit: 健康
楼主问的是“体力好”,我认为相对应的含义最match的是stamina. 具体的区别在哪里?咱们用动物来比喻一下:
monkey: energetic
full of stamina: hyena
strong: lion
fit: cheetah
Is this clearer for everyone?

太牛了,强烈建议 版主讲讲以前怎么学习英语的

stamina指耐力、耐受程度,特别是指需要长时间体力消耗的情况
“体力好”,这个词还要看你具体使用的背景。如果你说王军霞体力好,用stamina这个词较贴切。如果你说占旭刚比赛时体力好,还是用full of energy, energetic更妥。有时候,powful这个词也未尝不可。
翻译切忌在两种语言的词汇之间搞僵化的一对一。

I take that you mean I'm mapping words statically between Chinese & English? I beg to defer. The purpose of my explanations is to show the subtle differences between words - not Chinese to English or vice versa, but the similar albeit different words within the same language.
As for "体力好“, I probably just took its most popular meaning and ignored other more obscure utilisations of it, as they're irrelevant to the point I'm trying to make. And specifically with the example you're using, I believe weightlifters are much more likely to say "兴奋起来了” or "出状态了” when they have it rather than saying 体力好。It's simply awkward here.

不是有意在LZ贴里水, 只是基本上觉得上面大家说的都很贴切了。
