Living in Australia, you know about marsupial, don't you? Marsupials are the group of mammals commonly thought of as pouched mammals. Marsupials are best known for the Australian members of the family, the kangaroo, wallaby and the koala.

Marsupial mole is the most unusual of Australia's desert animal.
They are blind, their front paws are spade-like, they have a backward-facing pouch.
They do not dig permanent burrows, filling the tunnel in behind them as they move.
