感觉PD的东西都应该是属于DERVISIFICATION的阿,NEW COFFEE MACHINE不是在坛子里讨论的都是属于DIVERSIFICATION的吗,怎么办?还有SUPER MARKET的东西怎么写啊,跟LAVAZZA的VALUE CHAIN有什么关系呢??

Remult我们有准备,但是case 3的第一题完全没方向,所以放在最后写了,到最后也没时间了,估计这个10分拿不到什么了

Case 3第1题把Product development和Market Development罗列了一堆,用Extended SWOT的Take advantage of 之类的,但是完全没把握。

除了第一個case完整寫完,第二個case根本不知道在問什麽,第3個case WTF 爲什麽出的東西這麽"focus"一點都沒想過會出。。。也是只寫了個external consistency
