我父亲一直高血脂,血粘稠,听说澳洲的鱼油很好,去年回国的时候带了几瓶Blackmore的,在MyMedical(好像这个名字)买的,觉得应该不同于华人礼品店的那些伪劣产品。一直坚持每天服用,几乎快1年了吧,上周打电话问了问,我父亲都没好意直接跟我说,还是我妈妈告诉我说,刚体检完,各项指标没有任何变化。看了看厂商的网站,以及国内和澳洲的口碑都不错的,为什么没用呢?还是因人而异?有没有有经验的朋友,介绍一下?谢谢.

1.何为深海?据说海平面一下500米,生物就很少了。再下面,我就不知道还有什么可以食用的动物了。多深是“深”?

我觉得也不好说华人店里就说伪劣商品吧.我就是给爸爸妈妈带的华人店的鱼油,我觉得鱼油不就是OMEGA-3嘛,其实他们也不喜欢,纯粹是为了不浪费才吃得,结果妈妈原来体检有眼底动脉硬化的,这两年就没有了.不过她平时也很注意饮食的.

老爸和老妈一直在吃鱼油加大蒜素(不过一直是在米国买的),好像身体指标是不错.据我知道的是,不是每种鱼油都一样的,最有效的鱼油是salmon的,我知道后,看了看在澳洲的鱼油价格,好像真的是salmon的贵一些.........

Omega 3
The scientific evidence
* Epidemiological studies. A growing body of evidence from large, wellconducted epidemiological (population) studies suggests that eating omega-3s — specifically the long-chain fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), but DHA in particular — decreases the risk of cognitive impairment and dementia.
Cognitive impairment ranges from mild to severe, at which point it may be diagnosed as dementia. With mild cognitive impairment, a person has problems with memory, language or another mental function severe enough to be noticeable to other people, but not serious enough to interfere with daily life.
Epidemiological studies can show statistical relationships between elements of diet and illness or mortality — salt intake and high blood pressure, for example — and the evidence is often used to advocate public health interventions such as dietary changes. But, unlike clinical trials, they don’t conclusively show cause and effect.
* Clinical trials. The UK-based Cochrane Collaboration conducted a systematic review of research, looking for randomised, controlled clinical trials of omega-3 supplementation in healthy older adults that might support the evidence from epidemiological studies. It found two trials that met its selection criteria, but they were still being conducted.
They’ve since been completed, but results won’t be published until late this year. Without good-quality clinical trial data the Cochrane Collaboration concluded that omega-3 supplements can’t be recommended for the explicit purpose of preventing cognitive impairment or dementia, although studies do suggest a protective effect.
* It is, however, widely accepted that DHA and EPA can reduce the risk of heart disease and that increasing your omega-3 intake provides a wide range of other health benefi ts. Given the encouraging results from epidemiological studies that omega-3 may also protect against dementia, it’s worth making sure that you’re getting enough.

How much is enough?
To lower your risk of chronic disease, the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) suggests a dietary target of 430 mg of omega-3 fatty acids a day for women and 610 mg a day for men. You need to eat at least two fish meals (preferably oily fish) per week to get this much, and Omega-3 in fish, below, shows which sources are best.

Benefits of fish oil supplementation in hyperlipidemia: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

BACKGROUND: Fish oils have been widely reported as a useful supplement to reduce fasting blood triglyceride levels in individuals with hyperlipidemia. We performed an updated meta-analysis to quantitatively evaluate all the randomized trials of fish oils in hyperlipidemic subjects.
METHODS: We conducted a systematic literature search using several electronic databases supplemented by manual searches of published reference lists, review articles and conference abstracts. We included all placebo-controlled randomized trials of parallel design that evaluated any of the main blood lipid outcomes: total, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol or triglycerides (TG). Data were pooled using DerSimonian-Laird's random effects model.
RESULTS: The final analysis comprised of 47 studies in otherwise untreated subjects showed that taking fish oils (weighted average daily intake of 3.25 g of EPA and/or DHA) produced a clinically significant reduction of TG (-0.34 mmol/L, 95% CI: -0.41 to -0.27), no change in total cholesterol (-0.01 mmol/L, 95% CI: -0.03 to 0.01) and very slight increases in HDL (0.01 mmol/L, 95% CI: 0.00 to 0.02) and LDL cholesterol (0.06 mmol/L, 95% CI: 0.03 to 0.09). The reduction of TG correlated with both EPA+DHA intake and initial TG level.
CONCLUSION: Fish oil supplementation produces a clinically significant dose-dependent reduction of fasting blood TG but not total, HDL or LDL cholesterol in hyperlipidemic subjects.

就买blackmores吧,其他牌子也差不错的。注意别买Nature’s Own,在choice的评测里,居然发现
1)有效成分不足;
2)鱼油已经氧化

都一样的 我们公司给blackmores待工的。 就是他们下订单我们提供成品他们拿去包装。原料同其他牌子根本没有区别。
单说鱼油 ,没有澳洲生产的,因为澳洲不生产。 都是进口,有冰岛的智利的, 最常用的是上海的。
其实鱼油当中的omega3是有效成分, 只要含量合格,哪里的都一样。
不过,只要是gmp药厂出来的质量可以放心绝对没有加入其他成分的事情。
其实你在澳洲买的是他的质量并不是澳洲的鱼好。

我奶奶吃了半年,说今年冬天腿没抽筋,也没有感冒。不知道和吃鱼油有没有关系。适当的补充应该可以提高免疫力吧。但是绝对不能和药相提并论,没有病吃了可以提高免疫力,有了病还是要吃药看医生。
