Woolworths and Coles have them. It is called leather cleaner. I forgot the brand. You just need to spray and wipe, then the lounge looks new again.

I use Oakwood Leather Wipes from the supermarkets (ie: coles and woolworths) on weekly basis. Other product like "Selleys Leather Clean" is sold at hardware store (ie: Masters, Bunnings). Furniture shops (where leather lounges are sold) usually sell more high end leather lounge cleaning solutions (ie: Nickscali and Domain).
