澳洲卖个车也糟心，不知道是不是遇上骗子了

唉，事情是这样的，最近发帖准备把爱车卖了，终于有回音了，还是个很爽气的买家，
一上来就说一定要把车卖给他云云，说他愿意加300刀，作为首选买家，还希望我把carsales的广告撤了。。汗
email如下：
‘Thanks for the swift response... i would have love to come down for the inspection but due to the nature of my job and location, i will not be able to come down any longer. i will be more than happy if you can give me the first buying priority and i will add $300 if you can give me the first buying option. please tell other buyers that it has being sold out

I'm a very busy type as i work long hours everyday, i have gone through your advertisement and i am really satisfied with the conditions as seen therein. As for the payment, i will be paying you via the fastest and secure means of online payment (PayPal). If you don't have an active paypal account, you can easily set up one by logging on to www.paypal.com.au to get started. you can alternatively send your bank details I.E BSB, ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ACCOUNT NAME as i can make a direct deposit into your bank account from my paypal account as i have it attached to my Bank account.

I have a private courier agent that will come for the pick up after the fund appears or clears into your account.so, no shipping included. You can now send me either your Paypal email address or Bank details so i can pay in right away and also include your address and Phone number in your next reply. Kindly delete the posting as am definitely buying it from you. item will not be picked up until you have the full fund credited into your either Paypal or Bank account, kindly help me look into this and get back to me asap.’

好吧，加300还直接转账，姐动心了，想着反正你说先把钱转我，到时钱一拿到，管谁来提车对吧，只要RTO一交表格和我就没关系了。问他拿些detail想着可以填表，他倒把护照、驾照一股脑全发我了，越南人面孔，有点。。。又仔细一看这人在VIC，晕，想着他一定没看仔细，好心提醒他说我是在NSW的Burwood，不是VIC的，可人家说了就要了，好吧，想着要不这人估计有钱就是拽吧，还是我的车魅力大？。。
以上这些都在昨天发生。。。美美的睡去，想着运气不错嘛。。
谁知道今天早上又收到一封信，顿时突然觉得是不是骗子呢。。

I must compel to you that i am confronting a little difficulty with the pick up of the item.. i just got an email from my agent that he won't come and pick up the item unless i pay him the agent commission fee first, in order to be able to schedule a pick up time for the item , my pick up agent's head quarters is situated in China and all payments made for pick up from anywhere in the world is sent to their head quarters in China. at the moment, the only form of payments they accept is western union money transfer. i tried to pay online but i will need a credit card which i didn't bring on board besides, there is no post office or any western union outlet here on sea.

I will need you to help me as follow.

I will include $1,900 pick up fee, $100 for western union charges while $21,000 will be the fee for the item Purchased. Ground total is ($23,000).

Please note that pick up  will take place after the full fund might have being credited into your Bank Account. i am sure i can confide in you as i can see you as an honest person. can you help me with this?

汗，这人说他在海上，估计是水手？说要把钱都转我，让我给他交物流的钱。可是转我钱ok，让我帮他转钱我怎么就觉得那么不踏实呢？其实我挺愿意相信的，但是总觉得这么折腾，心里有点悬，唉。。

有哪位大侠帮我分析一下嘛，我知道市面上都是ls说的类似中奖那样。。可这里他说他先转钱给我，而且是直接转账到我银行账户啊，不是支票不存在recall或者终止之类啊。而且如果我不相信的话，到时我只要把钱拿出来，确定真金白银以后，就行啊。本来几乎要做了，他又来句要让我帮他付物流，我就觉得有点怀疑，又多出一个第三方，可是想不明白，难道到时候会诬赖我没有转账给物流？还是诬赖我没有转交车子给物流？ 55想不明白

就是说如果我帮他付了，他就得逞了。但是如果我没帮他付，他照样还是按原计划会把钱划走。那如果我一看到他转了，我就跑去银行拿出来，或者转到我的其他卡上呢？
