车贷, 30%的balloon. 5年贷款时间.
请问这五年里,balloon 的金额, 比如balloon的金额是$14000. 那么这个 $14000在这五年里也是要算利息的吗?
或者这样问: balloon的金额 在5年的贷款年限里是一样要支付利息的吗?

As you are offsetting your monthly repayments by having a balloon, this would increase the total amount of interest payable slightly over the full term of the car loan, as you are paying less principal off the loan with each repayment by having the balloon offset at the end. …… If it is for personal use only, you would pay more interest over the full term with the main benefit being the reduction in monthly repayments only.

这几天车贷学了不少知识呢。
