Today, I found a brand new attraction to introduce to travel lovers. If your time is limited, this will suit you.
Today, we traveled to Wollongong on the southeast coast of NSW, about 70km and 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. The city is well known and not far from Sydney, so it's a popular tourist destination in NSW. We went to Wollongong via the normal way-- M1, had a wonder around the city, then went to the Visitors Center to get some more information. At the Visitors Center, I found a new exiting tour -- The Grand Pacific Drive, Sydney to Wollongong and beyond...... I have heard about this new tour but never tried before, so I decided to have a "site inspection"(I suppose I still have the instinct from my old job ). I convinced my lovely hubby to drive a longer way home with our lovely daughter on board, it was raining hard(weather forecast said it is a FINE day today , or we will not drive out in the rain with our bub on board), but the whole drive is a enjoyable experience, although it took us nearly 3hours to be back home . If we'd have more time, and if it was not raining, we would have a few more stops to appreciate more of the natural beauty and the pretty little towns along the drive, I suggest over night stay in one of the towns will be a good idea.
Below is the website with many details of the Grand Pacific Drive, if anybody is interested, you can jump online and have a read. Wishing you enjoy!
