来澳洲多年，医药费用从来没报销过，甚为不爽，请大神看看这段话什么意思，是不是买药超过40.35刀就能报销？

是说你正常买药是40.3，要是你一年内买药达到1550.7，那你之后药就便宜了在同一年里，好像是只需要付6.5

1550那个是普通吃瓜群众的医保启动金额，超过这个金额好像是全报吧，在这之前都是补贴后的金额自掏腰包，每次最高付40.3
390和6.5那个是有低收入或者其它福利的人享受的金额
