Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program 由新州政府资助，旨在提高新老移民英语水平，提高就业机会。提供免费LLNP课程的MTC Training Solutions是一家非营利性教育培训组织。800小时学习免费英语，小班授课，名额有限。课时为五天制，分上下午班。申请人必须是澳洲居民，配偶签证也可申请。申请办法：请去Centrelink 或者寻工部门注册，说明学习要求，他们会帮助你联系MTC。 MTC 在悉尼有19个校区，包括: Rockdale,Belmore,chatswood, Parramatta, Auburn, Cabramattta, Bankstown, Bondi, Blacktown, Campeltown, Caringbah, Fairfield, Hurstville, Liverpool Maroubra, Marrickville, Penrtih, Redfern.

Yes 全职的有交通卡. you are entitled to a travel concession card if you are doing full time.
It's the "tertiary student concession card" authorised by NSW Transport.

Yes. If they are Australian permanent residents, aged between 15 and 64, they are entitled to free LLNP. Many of our clients have completed 510 hours of AMEP before commencing LLNP.
