想请教一下的能人们,关于Parental Leave Pay的条件,我在网上看到的是
Parental Leave Pay:
To meet the Paid Parental Leave work test you must have:
- worked for at least 10 of the 13 months before the birth or adoption of your child, and
- worked for at least 330 hours in that 10 month period (just over one day a week), with no more than an eight week gap between two consecutive working days
这点我能理解,同时我也看到了
Paid Parental Leave scheme for employers:
As an employer, you must provide Parental Leave Pay to an eligible employee who:
- has a newborn or recently adopted child
- has worked for you for at least 12 months before the expected date of birth or adoption
- will be your employee until at least the end of their Paid Parental Leave period
- is Australian-based, and
- is expected to receive at least eight weeks of Parental Leave Pay.
在之前的那个link里,说Parental Leave Payment的要求是在之前的13个月里,工作了10个月以及330个小时, 但是在下面那个link里,又提到了说 “has worked for you for at least 12 months before the expected date of birth or adoption”, 那倒是13个月内工作了10个月,还是必须要工作满12个月?? 希望有知情的童鞋能指导一下,感激不尽

下面那个是说如果雇员符合以下要求,雇主就有义务付这个pay给雇员,这个pay可以两种形式领取,一个直接跟centerlink拿,另外还可以走雇主的payroll 付给你,你只要符合上面那段条件就行了

每个公司policy还不一样吧!我公司是必须在产假之前做满12个月

上面的说你可以预产期之前3个月就开始修产假。下面的说你必须在你的单位工作满1年才可以拿这个产假。
