母亲是143主申请人，父亲是副申请人，所以是一次申请的，批也是同时批的，但是两人拿到签证后都不在澳洲住，只偶尔来看看我，请问5年后可以续签么？需要什么条件？

我找到这个网页：http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/residents/155/eligibility.htm讲的是怎么申请resident return visa的，里面说要满足：
You must also meet one of the following eligibility requirements：

Residence requirement You must have spent two of the last five years in Australia as a permanent resident.
or
For applicants in Australia:
Substantial ties and compelling reasons for absence You must provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia; and if you have been absent from Australia for more than five continuous years since the grant of your most recent permanent visa, you must provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence over five years.
or
For applicants outside Australia:
Substantial ties and compelling reasons for absence If your last departure from Australia was as a permanent resident or Australian citizen:
you must provide evidence of substantial business, cultural, employment or personal ties of benefit to Australia
and
if you have been absent for more than five continuous years since your last departure from Australia as an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen, you must provide evidence of compelling reasons for your absence over five years.

If you don't plan to travel overseas, you don't need to get a visa label.
You can get a RRV before you leave AU, cost you $260.
RRV is a visa to let you "enter" AU, but because you have PR, you can stay in AU forever, in another words, you don't need a RRV if you are not plan to travel.

I don't think your parents are your immediate family, as you are an adult. For example, your parents can only get their own medicare card, can't be attached on your medicare, and vice versa.
Immediate family is your spouse and kids.

我的PR上面写着明年到期的，这不叫forever吧？我每年都会回国一段时间探访亲戚，所以肯定需要续签PR的（也就是传说中的RRV吧）

我父母签证同一天批，同一天到期（母亲主申请，父亲副申请），假如我让妈妈凑足了5年内呆满2年的条件，让她在PR到期前提前申请RRV，然后我爸爸是不是不用凑时间就可以直接也申请RRV了？

我问过Centerlingk官员，他们说PR是永久的，VISA是有条件的，就是5年内住满2年才能续签。如果5年快到了，还没有住满2年，那就在签证到期前入境到澳洲就可以了，以后还可以续签。

我也关注这个问题,不知道提供什么样的文件能证明不在澳洲但希望续签.我妈在国内是做企业的,不过企业是我的名义注册的,我是澳洲公民,我妈帮我照料企业.请问这样说明可以吗?

只要有钱，你父母的PR过期作废了，以后再申请一次PR不就结了吗？国内公司赚钱，申请费只当付了利息。

另一个办法就是在你父母的PR到期前入境，住满两年续签了PR再出境。

出境不超过三个月当旅行，时间不会算你断开。如果实在无法住满两年可以用合理理由解释，例如中国有特殊情况需要他们长留守，也有可能会接受解释。至少在续签前一年待在澳洲
