小孩6月份就要出生了，父亲是澳洲公民，母亲是中国公民，小孩将在中国出生。
请问小孩出生后可以领取 baby bonus 吗？怎样办理手续？

可以的，但是有时间限制，好像是52周还是多少的回来就可以啦，具体你问问

可以的，办好宝宝的澳洲护照，还要办一个中国的一次性出境签证，在26周内带回澳洲，52周内申请。

在26也不知道23周以内一定要回来才能拿，而且这个钱不是一次性给的，要分13个双周给的好像。就是要在这里一直待着才有。如果你入澳籍应该赶得上，如果是办PR，那要等14个月，不过你可以给小孩办旅游签证过来，也可以拿，就是有点折腾。
