I am one week behind and won't be able to make my payment untill tomorrow and should also be able to pay 3 weeks in advance but this morning recieved a termination letter and given specific time frame to vacate the property, if I make all the payments will the termination letter be voided?

The grounds says "other breach of agreement, besides unpaid rent" which means the breach isn't for unpaid rent but some other breach.
But then goes on to list clause 3.1 tenant agrees to pay rent on时间。
