Trinity Grammar School, Kew
Congratulations to the Class of 2019 on a remarkable set of VCE results - among the best in Trinity's 117-year history.
Our Duces, Ned Grimsey and Daniel Gu, both achieved perfect ATARs of 99.95, and 17 boys (11%) were awarded ATARs of 99.00 or above.
Impressively, 53% of all boys achieved ATARs over 90.00, and the median ATAR was 91.30.
Nine perfect scores of 50 were achieved across a range of subjects including Biology, English, Business Management, Physical Education, Maths Methods and Further Maths.
The whole Trinity community is immensely proud of the Class of 2019, and congratulates them on an outstanding set of results. We wish them all the very best in whatever life brings next, and hope they remain closely connected with the School, sharing their successes with us as Old Trinity Grammarians.

25% of students achieved an ATAR over 95. It was also a great year for Arts ad Maths at Lauriston, with 62% of our Studio Arts students, 50% of Visual Communication and Design, and 42% of Further Maths receiving a study score of 40 and above. You can read more here

Yarra Valley Grammar
All eligible students successfully completed the VCE with 36.5% of students achieving an ATAR of 90 or above. The median ATAR of 85.4 is our highest performance to date and means that more than half of the year level achieved in the top 15% of the state. There were seven perfect scores of 50 and the joint Duces of the School achieved an ATAR of 99.75. This is an outstanding achievement.
For the whole cohort, 18.8% of the study scores were over 40 and the median study score for the year was 34.
