Diabete educator给了本书,告诉我各种食物一份碳水食物的量。
书写的挺好的,最后,一天可以吃多少碳水留了个空格,让diabte educator告知。
难道每个人能吃碳水的量还不一样?
我的Diabete educator并没有针对个人,告诉一起上课的所有人正餐3-4份,加餐1-2份。回家照做血糖还是没有控制住。
后来联系Diabete educator,在对话中她说她告诉我们的是正餐2-3份,加餐1-2份. 说我记错了,可是我记得明明不是这样的。
请问你们的Diabete educator是怎么说的?我每餐都是按照最少的碳水量吃,3-4还是2-3差好多。到底应该吃多少份碳水。

这个是我的dietitian发给我的计划,因为我吃饺子之类的,就给了份中餐计划。早中午2-3份,snack之类的1-2份。
Breakfast (3 carbohydrate serves): Note 1 cup = 250ml metric cup
a small bowl (2 cups cooked = ~500g) congee: use low GI (Basmati or Doongara) rice and legumes
+ lean meat (beef / lamb / pork) or poultry (chicken / duck) or fish or egg or tofu
+ free vegetables (low in carbohydrate)
+ clear soup
OR
2 stuffed buns (NOTE: 1 bun weighs ~50g) with egg / meat / vegetable filling
+ free vegetables (low in carbohydrate)
+ clear soup
Morning snack (1-2 carbohydrate serve):
1 medium piece of fruit OR 1 medium corn cob
OR 250ml cow’s milk / soymilk (fortified with calcium)
Lunch (3 carbohydrate serves):
1 cup cooked low GI noodles (see low GI fact sheet) or 3/4 cup steamed low GI rice
+ lean meat (beef / lamb / pork) or skinless poultry (chicken / duck) or fish or egg or tofu
+ stir-fried free vegetables (low in carbohydrate)
+ clear soup
OR
wonton soup: 9 boiled wontons in clear soup with the following included:
+ lean meat (beef / lamb / pork) or skinless poultry (chicken / duck) or fish or egg or tofu
+ free vegetables (low in carbohydrate)
Afternoon snack (1-2 carbohydrate serve):
1 tub (200g) of natural yoghurt OR 1/2 cup baked sweet potato / taro
OR 1 medium piece of fruit and 30g (~1/4 cup) unsalted nuts
Dinner (3 carbohydrate serves):
1 cup cooked low GI noodles (see low GI fact sheet) or 3/4 cup steamed low GI rice
+ lean meat (beef / lamb / pork) or skinless poultry (chicken / duck) or fish or egg or tofu
+ stir-fried free vegetables (low in carbohydrate)
+ clear soup
OR
2 stuffed buns (NOTE: 1 bun weighs ~50g) with egg / meat / vegetable filling

我怀孕的时候,碳水一天六份以内。包括牛奶、水果,这些全都要算碳水的。

其实每个人的反应不同,你可以先从最大量开始,然后测餐后血糖,高的话说明要减量,正常的说明可以这个量。 我当时就发现吃一个小白馒头血糖就飙升,从此放弃
